MOIL Limited Recruitment 2025: MOIL Limited (Manganese Ore India Limited), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Steel, has officially released the latest notification (Advertisement No. STAT/09/2025) for direct recruitment of various technical positions including Electrician, Mechanic-cum-Operator (Fitter & Welder), Mine Foreman, Select Grade Mine Foreman, Mine Mate, and Blaster.

Age Limit for MOIL Recruitment 2025

• Electrician, MCO (Fitter/Welder): Up to 30 years

• Mine Foreman & Select Grade Mine Foreman: Up to 45 years

• Mine Mate: Up to 40 years (relaxable up to 53 years based on experience)

• Blaster: Up to 35 years

Age Relaxation:

• OBC (NCL): 3 years

• SC/ST: 5 years

• Ex-Servicemen: Service period + 3 years

• No upper age limit for MOIL departmental candidates.

Educational Qualification for MOIL Jobs 2025

1. Electrician Grade-III (NE-03)

• SSC pass with ITI in Electrician trade (NTC).

• Valid electrical license under CEA Regulation 31(1), 2023.

• Experience: 1 year after ITI or NAC considered.

2. MCO (Fitter & Welder) Grade-III (NE-03)

• SSC pass with ITI in Fitter/Welder trade (NTC).

• Experience: 1 year post-ITI or NAC considered.

3. Mine Foreman Grade-I (NE-08)

• Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying with valid Mine Foreman/Manager Certificate (Unrestricted).

• Experience: 3 years after obtaining certificate.

4. Select Grade Mine Foreman (NE-09)

• B.E/B.Tech or Diploma/SSC with valid Mine Foreman/Manager Certificate (Unrestricted).

• Experience: 1 to 6 years depending on qualification level.

5. Mine Mate Grade-I (NE-05)

• SSC pass with valid Mine Mate Certificate (Unrestricted).

• Experience: 3 years as Mine Mate in a reputed company.

6. Blaster Grade-II (NE-04)

• SSC pass with Blaster Certificate (Unrestricted).

• Experience: 1 year as Blaster in Mining organization.
