Dr. N.T.R. University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada, invites online applications from eligible candidates for APNCET-2025 for admission into B.Sc. (Nursing) 4-Year Degree Course for the academic year 2025-26 under both Competent Authority (Convener) Quota and Management Quota.

APNCET 2025, also known as the Andhra Pradesh Nursing Common Entrance Test, is a state-level entrance exam conducted for admission into the 4-Year B.Sc. (Nursing) course across government and private nursing colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The exam will be held on 06 July 2025 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode across various district headquarters in the state. The question paper will consist of 100 multiple choice questions based on the Intermediate/10+2 syllabus covering Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, and Nursing Aptitude, with each section carrying 20 marks, making a total of 100 marks. 

The duration of the exam is 120 minutes, and the medium of the question paper is English and Telugu. There is no negative marking, and each correct answer carries one mark. The APNCET syllabus follows the latest syllabus of NCERT/Intermediate (BIPC stream) and includes General English and Nursing Aptitude at Intermediate standard. Candidates can practice through an online mock test available from the registration date until the exam day. While filling the application form, candidates must select five preferred exam centres (districts) for their convenience.

🧑‍🎓 APNCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria – B.Sc. (Nursing) 4 YD Course

• Nationality: Indian Nationals only
• Gender: Both Male & Female eligible
• Age Limit: Must be 17 years as on 31-12-2025 (Born on or before 31-12-2008).

👉 No Upper Age Limit

APNCET 2025 Educational Qualification:

• 10+2 with Bi.P.C. group from AP Board or

• Equivalent Boards (CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, APOSS, etc.) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English (passed individually).

• Vocational with Bridge Course in Sciences by BIE, AP also eligible.

• Minimum Marks Required:

  • OC: 45% in PCB aggregate

  • SC/ST/BC: 40% in PCB aggregate

• Cut-off Percentile in APNCET-2025:

  • OC – 50th Percentile

  • SC/ST/BC/PwD – 40th Percentile

  • OC PwD – 45th Percentile

• Medical Fitness: Must be medically fit
