JEE Advanced 2025 Applications Begin on April 23 – Exam on May 18

The JEE Advanced 2025 entrance examination, the gateway for admission into B.Tech and B.Arch programs in 23 IITs across India, will be held on May 18, 2025.

Candidates who qualified in JEE Main 2025 are eligible to register for JEE Advanced. The online application window will be open from April 23 to May 2, 2025.

Who Can Apply?

Out of 15.39 lakh candidates who applied for JEE Main 2025 (both sessions), 14.75 lakh appeared for the exam. A total of 2,50,236 candidates secured the minimum cutoff percentile and are eligible to appear for the Advanced exam.

These candidates can compete for admissions in:

• IITs (through JEE Advanced)

• NITs

• IIITs

• Government Funded Technical Institutions (GFTIs) (through JEE Main)
