Eligibility Criteria

• Senior Lecturers: Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with teaching experience in JEE Advanced, JEE Main, or NEET coaching.
• Olympiad Faculty: Degree in the relevant subject with expertise in Olympiad-level teaching.
• Junior Lecturers: Postgraduate or Graduate degree in the relevant subject with experience in EAPCET/IPE teaching.

Pay Scale

• Senior Lecturers for JEE Advanced & NEET: ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,00,000 (No limit for deserving candidates)
• Senior Lecturers for JEE Main: ₹75,000 – ₹1,50,000
• Olympiad Faculty & Junior Lecturers: ₹30,000 – ₹75,000
• Additional Perks: Free accommodation and food for resident staff members.

Selection Process

• Walk-in Interview followed by a Demo Class.
• Candidates must bring a set of Xerox copies of their certificates and two passport-size photographs.
