Qualifications for PHC Personal Assistant/Stenographer Recruitment 2023:
Graduate Degree from a recognized board or University of Bihar with sound knowledge of computer applications and Typing Skills.
Candidates should have qualified English Shorthand test and typing test from a recognized institute of State or Central Government.
Should have Computer Application Certificate of at least 6 months training which is approved by Government.
Candidate should have the minimum speed of 80 WPM and 40 WPM in English Shorthand Typing Test.
And also minimum speed of 40 WPM in English Typing Test.
