TS Polycet 2024 Notification: Polycet-2024 will be held on 17-May-2024 for admission in to the next academic year (2024-25) in Polytechnic Diploma Courses. Application starting date is announced State Technical Education and Training Council (SBTET). Official website to apply online is https://polycet.sbtet.telangana.gov.in/. The TS Polycet questionnaire will also be based on 100 per cent of the syllabus in the 10th class. The application process will start from 15-02-2024. About 1.20 lakh people are applying annually across the state. Last year, more than 80000 people applied. Diploma seats in Agriculture under Jayashankar Agricultural University will also be filled based on polycet marks.

TS Polycet Notification 2024, Important Dates, Exam Pattern:

The Telangana State Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TS Polycet) is an entrance examination conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Telangana for admission to various polytechnic colleges and Agriculture Colleges in the state. The examination is typically held on 24 May 2024, and the application process begins a few months in advance. To be eligible for TS Polycet, candidates must be Indian citizens and must have passed Class 10 (or an equivalent examination) with at least 35% marks. Candidates must also meet the age and educational requirements set by the SBTET, Telangana. The TS Polycet exam consists of multiple-choice questions on subjects such as mathematics, physics, Biology and chemistry. The exam is typically held in offline mode, and the duration of the exam is 3 hours. The selection process for TS Polycet involves a competitive examination and a counseling process. Candidates who qualify in the exam will be called for counseling, where they will be allotted a seat in a polytechnic college based on their rank in the exam and their preferences.

Those who are qualified 10th class or appearing for the March 2024 10th exams, they can apply for TS Polycet Exam 2024.

TS Polycet Exam Pattern:

The Question paper consists of 150 questions with a choice of four responses for each question with only one correct response among them.
i. 60 Questions in Mathematics for 60 Marks.
ii. 30 Questions in Physics for 30 Marks.
iii. 30 Questions in Chemistry for 30 Marks.
iv. 30 Questions in Biology for 30 Marks.

Exam duration is 150 minutes.

TS Polycet Admission Counseling Dates, Web Options Dates, Certificates verification in 1st Stage itself.

TS Polycet Admission Counseling, Web Option Dates 2020: Telangana State Technical Education Department has released admission counseling dates for TS Polycet 2020. This time in the first stage itself certificates will be verified for these TS Polycet 2020 admissions. Polytechnic College Classes start from October 15. For Agriculture Diploma admissions will be conducted by Jayashankar University.

Telangana Polytechnic Colleges Admission Notification 2020-Web Options, Counseling Dates

The counseling process for admissions in polytechnic courses in the Telangana state will start from the 12th October 2020. The Polycet-2020 Admissions Committee, chaired by State Technical Education Commissioner Naveen Mittal, met on September 7 to finalize the admission process schedule. Admissions will be completed in two stages. Classes begin from October 15. Spot admissions are available from October 8th. The meeting was attended by Polycet Convener Dr. C. Srinath and others. Notification of TS Polycet admissions will be posted on the website www.tspolycet.nic.in, www.sbtet.telangana.gov.in/ on 11th September. Full details can be found through it.

TS Polycet Certificates Verification, Slot Booking details:

* Until last year, there was one slot per hour for the examination of certificates, but this time it was divided into half an hour slot so that students would not waste time.

* Those who have passed the tenth class supplementary results will be given the opportunity to the certificates verification in two or three times in the past. This time in the tenth class all the students have passed without any exams, so only the first stage of counseling will have the verification of certificates.

TS Polycet 2020 Results on 09 September 2020:

* Polycet is conducted on September 2, results will be released on the evening of the 9th or the morning of the 10th, officials said. Admissions for the Diploma in Agriculture are conducted by Jayashankar University.
