Physical Standards Tests Details:
For Male Jail Guard-Height is 165 cms for Gen/OBC candidates and 165 cms, For Hill Area candidates 160 cms and for ST candidates 157.5 cms.
Chest is: 78.8+5 cms. For SC/ST/Hill area candidates chest is 76.3+5 cms
For Female Bandirakshak–Height is 152 cms. For SC/ST/Hill area candidates 147 cms.

Cricket Ball Throwing-50 Mtrs
Long Jump-13 Feet
Chin Up-5
Bhaitak/Sit-up-50
Push ups-25
Running-3 kms in 20 minutes
Physical Efficiency Tests Details for Female:
