Examination procedure for recruitment of posts in Social Welfare Section, Purulia notification 2017:
The candidates applying for the posts in Social Welfare Section must undergo a written examination conducted by the board. They may conduct a examination on computer knowledge and basics only for the posts of office in charge, counselor, probation officer, store keeper cum accountant. The written examination shall be conducted for total of 80 marks, 10 marks in computer test and 10 marks in viva-voce. On the basis of result obtained in written exam and computer test in the ratio 1:5.
Marks allotted for subject wise are:
English: 20 marks.
General studies: 20 marks.
Subject specific issues: 20 marks.
Mathematics: 20 Marks.
The examination pattern for the remaining 3 categories will be in the multiple choice format. Marks of 85 for written examination and 15 marks for viva-voce.

Educational qualification and experience required for the posts in Social Welfare Section,Purulia district:

The interested and eligible female candidates can apply online from 23-06-2017 to 17-07-2017 upto 5 p.m. The candidates are requested to upload a recent passport size photograph of them not exceeding 500 kb and a resolution of minimum 100 dpi. After completing online process candidates must download the form and should attach the photo copies of certificates required with attestation and sent to the Social Welfare Service through postal service or by hand before 17-07-2017 by 5 p.m.
