NTPC Recruitment 2023 Engineering Executive Trainee Selection Process:
1. National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) will recruit candidates based on marks obtained in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) – 2023. Based on this score, candidates will be shortlisted for Online Aptitude Test. Based on the performance in this test, candidates will be further shortlisted for Group Discussion (GD) round and Personal Interview round.
2. NTPC will give 85% weightage for GATE 2023 marks; 5% weightage for Group Discussion (GD) round and 10% weightage for Interview marks.
3. Candidates if shortlisted for Interview round, are need to bring their original score card of GATE 2023 as received from GATE Organization, at the time of NTPC Interview round.
