The selection for Security Assistant will be in three stages.

1. Tier 1 Exam (Objective type)-100 Marks

2. Tier 2 Exam Descriptive type-50 Marks

3. Interview-50 Marks

Exam Pattern and Syllabus for IB Security Assistant Executive Jobs:

IB Security Asst Executive Tier 1 Exam Pattern:

IB SA tier 1 exam will be conducted for 100 marks and exam duration is 2 hours.

a) General Awareness (40 questions) -40 Marks

b) Quantitative aptitude (20 questions) -20 Marks

c) Logical/analytical ability (20 questions) -20 Marks

d) English language (20 questions) -20 Marks

IB Security Asst Executive Tier 1 Exam Pattern:

Tier 2 Exam is descriptive type which will be conducted for 40 marks and exam duration is one hour.

Translation of a passage of 500 words from local language/dialect to English and vice versa

Tier 3 Pattern for IB Security Assistant recruitment 2018:

1. Spoken ability (to be assessed at the time of Tier-III exam (Interview/ Personality test)-10 Marks

2. Interview-50 Marks
