Kerala Teachers Eligibility Test KTET 2022: Government of Kerala General Education Examination, Pareeksha Bhavan has announced notification for Teachers Eligibility Test (KTET 2022) for the recruitment of Teachers posts of Lower Primary Classes (Category I), Upper Primary Classes (Category II), High School Classes (Category III) and language Teachers- Arabic, Sanskrit, Hindu, Urdu, Specialist Teachers, Physical Education teachers (Category IV). Candidates are advised to go through Pareeksha Bhavan website @https://ktet.kerala.gov.in/ and submit applications from 25-10-2022 to 07-11-2022 through online. KTET 2022 Admit cards available 15 days before the exam date. Centre of examination will be mentioned in the admit card. Required Qualifications for Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test 2022:
Qualifications for Lower Primary level Classes:
Higher secondary qualification with minimum 45% marks and two years trained Teacher’s certificate TTC or 2 years diploma in elementary Education.
Or Candidates must have Higher Secondary qualifications with 50% marks and 4 years B.El.Ed (Bachelor of Elementary Education) or 2 years Diploma in Education.
Minimum Qualifications for Upper Primary level Classes is BA/ BSc/ BCom and 2 years diploma in elementary education/TTC.
Five percent of Relaxation in qualification marks will be given for SC/ ST/ PH candidates, and 3% will be given for OBC & OEC candidates.
Students who are in waiting for DEd, Bed final semester results also eligible for Kerala TET 2021.

KTET Entrance test consists of total 150 MCQ type questions. Each carries one marks. Time duration is 2 ½ hrs.

Language II (English/ Arabic)

KTET Exam Qualifying Marks:
Kerala TET Exam Pass marks for general candidates is 60% i.e 90 marks
For SC/ ST/ OBC/ OEC candidates is 55% i.e 82 marks.
For PH and visually impaired persons is 50% i.e 75 marks
Examination centres for KTET 2022:
Kerala Examination Council will announce Examination centres after inviting applications from the applicants.
Admit Card for Kerala TET:
Admit card can be downloaded for KTET Exam from official website of Pareeksha Bhavan from March 2022.
KTET Exam Answer Keys will be published on Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan Official Website immediately after the examination.

KTET Examination fee for unreserved candidates is Rs. 500/-
KTET Examination fee for Reserved candidates (SC/ ST/ PH) is Rs. 250/-
Application form Procedure for Kerala TET Eligibility Test 2022:
Interested candidates go through the steps for applying for KTET given in the notification.
First logon to the Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan Official website www.ktet.kerala.gov.in and click on Kerala TET application form. Follow the instructions step by step and fill the application form & make the application fee payment. After completion verify all the details and click submit button. A photograph with mentioned size in JPEG format need to upload along with application. Take the printout of Final copy for reference.
