Pay Scale for HPCL Trainee Engineer:

The selected candidates will undergo a training period for six months. During this period, Officer Trainees will be eligible for a monthly consolidated Stipend of Rs. 50,000/-. After successful completion of training the candidates will be treated as Management Cadre ‘A’ grade and the Salary Scale of Rs. 24,900 – 50,500/- for 6 months of probationary period.
