Selection for this HPFOREST recruitment will held in two stages.

1. Physical Efficiency Test

2. Written Test

Physical Standards Test for HP Forest Guard/Vanrakshak Jobs:

All the male and female candidates have to clear at least 5 events other than Running of 2 km.

For male candidates Height is 165 cms

Chest 79 cms + 5cms after breath.

For female candidates Height is 150 cms

Chest 74 cms+ 5cms after breath.

 

Himachal Pradesh Forest Guard Vacancy Preliminary Running Test details:

For male candidates 1600 meters running to be cleared in 6 Minutes

For female candidates 1000 meters running to be cleared in 5 Minutes

 

Those who are qualified preliminary physical test and Physical standard tests they are only eligible for the physical endurance tests.
