AP Grama Sachivalayam Documents Upload, Verification dates, Joining Dates-Hall ticket for Documents Verification

• Candidates who are qualified and eligible for the selection they have to upload the documents in Grama Sachivalayam website from 21-09-2019.
• Call Letters/Hall tickets for Documents verification will be available from 21-09-2019 to 22-09-2019. Documents verification will be held from 23-09-2019 to 25-09-2019.
• Appointment letter will be given to the selected candidates on 27-09-2019.

What happens if number of candidates didn’t reach the cut off mark for this Sachivalayam Exam?

 

• Cut off mark will be reduced.
• Those who reached the cut off they are only considered for merit.

A new notification will be given for the pending vacancies (if any) in AP Grama Sachivalayam recruitment 2019.
For Grama Volunteers jobs a new notification will be released in the first week of October 2019.

Minimum qualifying marks for AP Grama Sachivalayam Exam:

40% for OCs (60 Marks)

35% for BCs (52.5 Marks)

30% for SCs, STs and PHs or as per rules (45 Marks)

AP Grama Sachivalayam Exam Cut Off details explanation:

Result will be announced based on cut off marks only.

Initially state wise merit list will be prepared.

And then district wise merit list will be prepared.

And Caste/Community wise merit list will be prepared.

Caste /Community wise merit list will be prepared based on cut off mark for each caste.

This cut off mark may vary from the districts.

Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks. Those who got the minimum marks, they are only considered for merit list based on cut off.
