Exam Pattern & Syllabus for JSSC Sub Inspector SI Jobs: Jharkhand State Staff Selection Commission JSSC released recruitment notification and exam syllabus & Pattern for recruiting the available 1544 Upnirikshak Sub Inspector jobs in Jharkhand Police Department. Selection for this JSSC SI Jobs will be held through Written Examination which will
consists of 3 different papers, Physical Measurements Tests (Height, Chest), Physical Efficiency or Running Test and Medical Tests. At first based on received applications written test will be conducted for this JSSC Sub Inspector Recruitment 2017. Based on written exam marks a merit list will be prepared and those candidates only eligible for this JSSC Sub Inspector Jobs physical Tests. Combining both Physical Tests and Written Exam marks final selection list will be prepared for this Jharkhand Police Sub Inspector SI Upnirikshak Jobs. Exam Pattern for JSSC Sub Inspector Upnirikshak Recruitment 2017:
Written test will be conducted the form of OMR Based only. All the three papers are objective type only.
Each Question carries one mark.
JSSC SI Written Exam will be conducted for 360 Marks. There are 3 different papers in this JSSC Sub Inspector JPSLICE Exam 2017.
JSSC SI Jobs Paper 1 Hindi Language Exam Pattern & Syllabus:
JSSC SI Upnirikshak Recruitment Paper 1 Exam will be conducted for 120 Marks and exam duration is 2 hours.
Paper 1 consists of two topics:
a) Hindi Paragraph Based questions-60 Marks
b) Hindi Grammar Based Questions-60 Marks
Paper 1 Exam qualification marks are 30% only. This paper 1 is only for qualification purpose and paper 1 exam marks will not be considered for preparing merit list of JSSC Sub Inspector Jobs.
JSSC Sub Inspector Jobs Paper 2 General Knowledge Exam Pattern & Syllabus:
Paper 2 exam will be conducted for 120 marks and exam duration is 120 Minutes

7. Contemporary Issues or Current Affairs-10 Questions
8. Sports-05 Questions (like padma awards, recent sports events)

Paper 2 JSSC SI Exam qualifying marks are 45% only.
JSSC Sub Inspector Jobs Recruitment Paper 3 General Studies Exam Pattern & Syllabus:
In this paper questions will be asked from
1. Bharatiya Itihas (History) Samskruti (All time)-20 Questions
2. Bhugol-20 Questions
3. Lok Prashasan-20 Questions
4. Samajsastra-20 Questions
5. Bharatiya Samvidhan-20 Questions
6. Gandhi Vichardhara-20 Questions
Paper 3 JSSC Sub Inspector Exam qualifying marks are 45% only.
Cut Off Marks for JSSC Sub Inspector Jobs Recruitment Exam 2017:
Paper 1 Cut off marks is 30% (36 Marks). Paper 2 & 3 Cut off marks is 45% (54 Marks)
But Paper 2 & Paper 3 average cutoff marks should be 50% (120 Marks).

Height for Male:
Gen/BC/SEBC-Min 160 Cms and for SC/ST Min 155 Cms
Chest for Male:81 Cms and for SC/ST 79 cms
Height for Female All Categories: Min 148 Cms
Physical Tests or Running Test Details for JSSC Sub Inspector Upnirikshak Vacancy Recruitment 2017
For male candidates 10 km running will be conducted and candidate have to complete the run before 60 minutes.
For Female candidates 5 km running will be conducted and they have to complete it before 40 minutes.
