1. Run 1.6 km in 6 minutes.

2. Carrying a man (Fireman lift) of 63.5 Kgs to a distance of 183 mts within 96 sec.

3. Clearing 2.7 mts wide ditch & landing on both feet (long jump).

4. Climbing 3 mts vertical rope using hands and feet.
